My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the sauna area was fantastic and the room came well stocked with plenty of amenities for comfort. However, the service was hit or miss, with some staff members lacking attention to detail, particularly in the restaurant. Overall, the facilities were enjoyable, but the dining experience could use significant improvement.
